PROSPECTUS TRAILER FOR SCHOOL WEBSITEFree Spirit has recently completed a promotional prospectus video for King Edward’s School, Birmingham.
However, King Edward's also needed a much shorter "trailer" version of the prospectus video for their newly designed website and Free Spirit able to help.
As an independent fee paying school, they needed a video that would answer the questions of prospectus parents.
“Why should I pay for my son to come to this school, when he can go somewhere else… for free?” The video very successfully shows all aspects of school life and the breadth of opportunities available that could never be seen at an open day or in a prospectus. However, one of the school's most important aims is to do all it can to provide education for intelligent boys, whatever their parents financial circumstances. The school provides Scholarships and Assisted Place programs, and about 30% of pupils are given financial support through these schemes and 10% have free places. As well as inclusion in the school prospectus, this new video is being distributed to Old Edwardians (ex-pupils) to encourage them to donate money to fund these scholarship programs and sponsor new boys through their 7 years at the school. After 20 months in production, these completed videos now feature on the school’s new website and are proving to be a phenomenal success, being viewed on an average of 500 times a week.
