The book covers everything from Cold Starters, Warm Starters, Main Course and Desserts. Carl is an internationally acclaimed, award winning chef who travels the world lecturing on the art of cooking.
The concept of the videos was to entice people to improve their cooking skills by learning from an expert and produce dishes for the sort of money that makes eating out look like an unattractive option!
With a series of unique recipes, Carl was determined to show how anyone could be creative with the simplest of ingredients. With the secrets and knowledge acquired over the years Carl created a fantastic range of mouth watering dishes like the one showing in the video clip. Carl has such enthusiasm for cooking and he enjoys teaching the basics just as much as loves creating the most complex of dishes.
