Free Spirit was commissioned to produce a series of mouth watering cookery commercials to promote a new cookery book by Chef extraordinaire Carl Withy.
There are hundreds of recipes for deserts, but each pudding has the same basic ingredients of milk, sugar, eggs, flour and butter and many involve fresh fruit such as raspberries or strawberries, custard, cream, and cakes.
